Episode 20: Which is Healthier: Organic Processed Food OR Conventional Produce?
Show Notes

Many “experts” in the fields of nutrition and health advise people to choose conventional produce over organic processed foods under the assumption that it’s simply better to consume whole foods than processed foods - even if they contain pesticides.  Joel and Sina don’t buy into that dogma, and neither do a team of scientists who recently published a study showing an increase in pesticide exposure when switching from a Western diet to a Mediterranean diet.  Join Joel and Sina as they challenge this assumption, which has become the hallmark of “healthy” living protocols across the country.
