Humans have consumed honey for thousands of years for its healing properties.  As consumers are becoming aware of the health benefits of real honey, our demand has skyrocketed.  Now, most of our honey is imported. That’s bad news because some experts estimate up to 70% of all honey sold in the U.S. is fake or adulterated in some way.  In today’s episode, Joel and Dr. Sina discuss common adulterants in honey, what the government is doing about it, and how you can find real honey.
